Right now its remixing time for me. First a remix for Diverted Recordings that have found big support from my fellow recorverworld friends Mr Askew and Downey, been played on John’s Essential mix and licensed to his upcoming Live As compilation. ‘Yamin feat Marcie - So Tierd (Gate 42 Remix)’ will see a release later this year..
Also, I’m working on a remix for Moonrising Records of Vizay’s track ‘Relfection’.
And finally I got a job beefing up Aled Mann’s track Cause & Effect for release on Discover Records later this year.

Yea, finally some new orignal Gate 42 music to be released. First up, my track ‘Danger’ is feautred on John Askew’s new album on Discover ‘Live as ..’ which is a project were a live dj set is recorded at a club together with the sound of the crowd so that you can get that live feeling at home. According to the first reactions the album sound freakin’ sweet!
Secondly the track ‘Danger’ will be released on my first EP together with the track ‘The Adversary’ on the flip. The EP will be out on Discover Dark in November. ‘Danger’ is a quite rough tech-trancer with focus on the clean angry bass and percussions. ‘The Adversary’ is more melodic but still with an agressive touch with its totally crazy distorted bassline. Watch this space for preview clips!
Also, my remix of Mike Foyle’s track ‘Northern Lights’ on Statement recordings will be released in the end of August together with a bunch of remixes. So far good reactions have arrived from Jon O Bir, DJ Choose, John Askew, JOOP, Giorgio Ponticelli and Big Al.
